Sleep after 3 months: I would NEVER have thought that!

This site has been a great help. I am so glad I took the time to read through it!

I have been trying to get some sleep on my own for almost a year, but with limited success. I wanted something to help me sleep better, so I decided to give a try at SleepChart, which was the first product that gave me the results I was looking for. Since then, I have used SleepChart more than one hundred times a day.

SleepChart is easy to use and simple to use. All I have to do is open the app to choose my current sleep stage and sleep amount. There are also five different sleep quality levels to choose from, to help you with your sleep. You can adjust the intensity of the sleep graph to your preference.

For me, it's a great way to get better sleep on a daily basis. I can also see how my sleep is progressing and how long I will need to go without sleep before I fall asleep.

SleepChart has a lot of settings that I don't use often, like the ability to choose how many "naps" I would like to make each day, the ability to use the timer to keep track of how long I am awake, how I feel, and how much I need sleep.
