2. Z-Palette: A cream containing 0.02% tretinoin. This cream is meant to be used in place of your regular cream. 1. The brand, its packaging, the company name, all of this are the same. But the product is not. I had my first encounter with the new "z-palette" recently. I have been following it since I heard of it. The "z-palette" has three main layers: cream, foundation, and powder. I was wondering why there is such a large difference between the cream and the foundation in the z-palette, and I came across this blog post about it:
